See what you think. They have only just started creating it visually – there will be photos of real families. They need about $3,000 to complete it and hope to get that funding from the state coalitions.

Great news-Evenflo divesture

Dear Ameda Customer,

Today Evenflo announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement to sell their worldwide feeding business, excluding Ameda, to Kimberly-Clark de México (KCM), a leader in personal and family care products in Mexico.  You will find a copy of the press release attached to this message.

With this agreement, KCM will acquire Evenflo’s global feeding assets and all of the Evenflo México operations.  Importantly, Evenflo will retain the Ameda breast pump and accessory business.  Ameda is not a part of this transaction and remains a key part of Evenflo.  There will be no interruption to the Ameda business and you should expect business as usual.

Due to the sale of the Evenflo feeding line, Evenflo will no longer sell or distribute products covered under the World Health Organization’s International Code of Marketing of Breastmilk Substitutes.  The Ameda brand will continue, as always, to adhere to the WHO Code.  This action has clarified any confusion in the marketplace regarding the Evenflo and Ameda position and compliance with the WHO Code.

Best regards,

Dustin Epstein

Vice President & General Manager, Ameda
