Breastfeeding Related Courses to attend:

o   February Theme Day: Putting Lactation Knowledge into Practice. Cork (Feb 20) and Dublin (Feb 23).
Theme Days focus on a group of topics with research based information, discuss applying theory to practice and develop skills. Useful for continuing education of IBCLCs, for those preparing for the IBCLC exam and other health workers who wish to broaden their knowledge and skills.

o   LC Exam Review workshop: Feb 25 & Feb 26. Intensive week-end to focus on key topics and areas of difficulty. Also useful as a refresher for existing IBCLCs.

o   Training of Breastfeeding Trainers Course: March 27-29 and April 17-17 (6 days in total). Aimed at IBCLCS who wish to develop their skills in providing training courses for health workers in their hospital or community services. Very practical focused.
